- Todd Teachout RBA Application (San Francisco): Todd approved to run a full brevet series in 2004.
- Donn King RBA Application (Santa Rosa): Donn approved to run a full brevet series in 2004.
- Scheduling Range for Flèche Events--RESOLUTION: The Board voted to approve the referendum regarding RUSA RBA Flèche dates to be "no earlier than one week prior to Easter and no later than Pentecost or 7 weeks after Easter."
- Newsletter Editorship: Jennifer Wise is stepping down as newsletter editor as of the end of the year. No successor has been decided on yet.
- PBP 2003 Yearbook: Bill Bryant and Lois Springsteen will edit a PBP 2003 yearbook. The Yearbook will go to the entire RUSA membership. Deadline for submissions is December 31.
- RUSA Membership Directory: RUSA membership application will include a check-off question ("Publish your address in a directory?"), for a possible future membership directory.
- American Randonneur Award nomination on website: A nomination form will be added to the website.
- PBP 2003 video orders and possible translation or subtitles: Lois Springsteen is negotiating to obtain an English-language version of the PBP 2003 video.
- Photos of RUSA Board members, volunteers and RBA posted to the RUSA website: Donn King is continuing to post pictures to the website, as they are supplied.
- RUSA accepting online payments: RUSA will try using Paypal for on-line payments for RUSA souvenir items, to evaluate whether this is desirable for RUSA and its members.
- E-Mail Voting: RUSA members are now allowed to submit votes by e-mail to the secretary (paper ballots will still be accepted).
- New RUSA Award Levels: RUSA will offer awards and medals for distances of 1000 km, 2000 km, 3000 km, 4000 km, and 5000 km, compiled during one calendar year.
