Any active RUSA member can create an account. You just need to know your RUSA #.

Why Create A RUSA.org Account? I've never needed one before. An account:

• Is required in order to join or renew in the Permanents Program, which allows you to ride Permanents.
• Is required in order to register to ride and submit results for a Permanent.
• Will be used for future interaction with RUSA to provide enhanced security for your personal data.
• Gives you a way to see your RUSA personal data.

To create your account first click the Log in link at the top right of the home page.

Next select the "Create new account" tab.

In the Create new account form enter your RUSA # and click submit.

You will then get a confirmation screen that will show your name and ask you to confirm that this is you.

Once you click confirm you will be taken back to the home page and see this message.

At this point your account has been created and an email sent to the email address we have for you. This is why it's important that your email address is correct in the members database.

If the message doesn't come in a few minutes you might want to check your spam folder.

The message will look like this.

You'll need to use the link within 24 hours or it will expire. Clicking the link will log you in and take you to the form where you can set your password.

You are now finished creating your RUSA.org website account.
