  2. 2007 American Randonneur Award goes to Bill Bryant for his years of service as volunteer, brevet organizer, RUSA founding member, vice president and president.
    1. Authorize purchase of imprinted yield symbol
    2. Adopt statement of position re local club membership requirement for brevets and change FAQ
  3. Approve Rules for Permanents Riders (Robert) - Duly moved and seconded; approved w/o dissent.
  4. PBP'07
    1. Registration Process - RUSA members will register for PBP through RUSA as in past PBP's.
    2. PBP 2007 Logo Decals - RUSA will offer PBP decals this year, as the ACP is not producing them for PBP'07.
    3. Newsletter Plans - The May issue of American Randonneur will include the PBP application form (it will also be on the website) plus a number of articles to help riders prepare for PBP.
