  1. The board again discussed options to reduce and/or distribute the work load of running the RUSA store. Some items such as jerseys may be handled directly through online vendor stores, which might also allow for more customization that is currently possible -- for example including the year on jerseys. Some excess items may be sold off in an "online yard sale."

  2. The treasurer projects a loss of $11K in 2015, so the board discussed options for coming closer to break-even in future years.

  3. About 95% of RUSA members who applied for PBP completed the process with no problem. About 5% needed some assistance.

  4. The board favored adding the ability for RBAs to select their route for existing calendared events without going through the Brevet Coordinator.
