  1. The board approved Wally Bigler as RBA in the Houston region.

  2. The board approved a new "Cracker Swamp" 1200K in Florida in 2016.

  3. Some awards are subsidized by RUSA, i.e., sold to members for less that they cost RUSA to purchase. The board decided to review these subsidies, especially as some of the subsidized awards have become more frequently awarded.

  4. The board discussed the possibility of making an electronic version of the member handbook available.
